Tentative Event Itinerary

July 30th - Manager Check

Manager Check-In

  • All managers will need to check in 1 hour prior to their teams scheduled practice. During the check in process important information will be covered including playing rules, pitching rules, rotation rules, code of conduct, etc.
  • Location for the check in will be at the facility that the team is scheduled to practice at.
  • Team manager will receive all gear for his team. Player’s do not have to attend this check in and will report to their field for the scheduled practice time.
  • Coach’s shirts and hats will be handed out after the completion of the meeting. This is the only time to secure the coaches items.
Player Check-In Update

Player Check-In

  • Players will not need to check in at the event. Manager’s will receive all player jerseys and gear. The manager’s will pass out the gear at the team practice time.

 

July 30th - 10:00AM to 9:30PM

  • All teams will be assigned a time slot for team practice. Please note that we cannot take requests for the time slots and teams will be assigned times at random.
July 31st - 10:30AM

Opening Day Celebration

  • Location – World’s of Fun
  • Gates will open 30 minutes before for all participants that purchase passes through the event.
  • There will be a designated area for players to meet each other and come and go as they please.
  • Individual player card trading at the Amphitheater
  • Opening Speech will be scheduled at a later time. Once the time is set all information will be updated and sent to all participants.
August 1st - 8:00AM

Pool Play Begins – Schedule will be released Monday

  • Pool games begin
August 2nd - 8:00AM

Pool Play Concludes

  • Teams will play one pool play game.
    • If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team in that division will have to play two pool games.
    • The team who plays four (4) pool play games will only have their best three (3) games counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
Augst 3rd - 8:00AM

Bracket Play – Brackets will be posted on Tuesday

  • Bracket Play Begins
August 4th - 8:00AM

Bracket Play and Championship Games

  • Bracket play concludes and Championship Games are played.
    • Championship games will be scheduled as early as possible on this day.
