Event Itinerary

Tentative Event Itinerary

July 29th - 5:00PM to 9:00PM

Early Bird Check-In

  • Location: TBA
July 30th - 8:00AM to 9:30AM

Manager Meeting

  • Location: TBA
  • All managers will need to attend the managers meeting. During the meeting important information will be covered including playing rules, pitching rules, rotation rules, code of conduct, etc.
  • Team manager and one assistant coach ONLY.
  • Coach’s shirts and hats will be handed out after the completion of the meeting. This is the only time to secure the coaches items.
July 30th - 10:00AM to 8:00PM

Player Check-In

  • Location: TBA
  • All players will need to register in order to pick up items for the event.
  • All Age Groups will be assigned a specific check – in time and location.

 

July 30th - 10:00AM to 9:30PM

Team Practices

  • Location – TBA
  • All teams will be assigned a time slot for team practice. Please note that we cannot take requests for the time slots and teams will be assigned times at random.
July 31st - 9:00AM to 3:00PM

Skills Competitions

  • Location – TBA
  • In order for all players to attend the Opening Day Celebration we will have a hard stop of 3:00PM. Any player that plans on participating in the skills competitions will need to be checked in at the proper location by 2:00PM.

Opening Day Celebration

  • Location – TBA
  • Players, coaches and spectators will need to plan to arrive at TBA
  • Players and coaches will begin to line up for the parade of champions at TBA
    • Parade of Champions will take place by state. Meaning, all players from each state will parade together and be recognized by the state they are representing. 
  • The Parade of Champions will begin at TBA.
August 1st - 8:00AM

Pool Play Begins

  • Teams will play two pool games.
August 2nd - 8:00AM

Pool Play Concludes

  • Teams will play one pool play game.
    • If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team in that division will have to play two pool games.
    • The team who plays four (4) pool play games will only have their best three (3) games counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
Augst 3rd - 8:00AM

Bracket Play

  • Bracket Play Begins
August 4th - 8:00AM

Bracket Play and Championship Games

  • Bracket play concludes and Championship Games are played.
    • Championship games will be scheduled as early as possible on this day.
