FAQs

Is there a coaches stipend or refund?

Beginning in 2025 there will not be a coaches stipend or refund. One (1) team manager will receive a number of items that will be of use during the event as well as future events.

What do I receive for being the team manager?

One (1) team manager per team will receive the following:
One (1) hat
Four (4) shirts
One (1) dozen baseballs
One (1) National All State Championship Ring

Who picks my assistant coach?

You can pick your own assistant coaches, but if you do not submit them, and we have someone apply to be a coach in your age group and state and they pass our check – they will be assigned as an assistant coach.

What items will the assistant coach receive?

Two (2) assistant coaches per team will receive the following items
One (1) Hat
Four (4) shirts
One (1) National All State Championship Ring

When will managers and assistant coaches receive items?

Items will be picked up at the manager check in. Assistant coaches will NOT check in. The team manager will check in and receive all items for the coaching staff.

Do assistant coaches have to check in?

No. The team manager and team manager ONLY will need to check in. All Items for the coaching staff will be given to the team manager.

How do I obtain the current roster and contact information?

If you have recently been selected to coach you and were not supplied with the contact information for your team, please email [email protected] the following information.

When should I contact players?

You should reach out to players immediately upon receiving the contact information so that you can introduce yourself, be in contact with the players and send updates as needed. We suggest setting up a Group Me or your preferred communication software.

When should I confirm my roster?

You should immediately begin confirming players once you have received their contact information.

When is the deadline for players to register?

May 1st, 2026

Where can I find hotel information?
Are there any bat restrictions?

The event will be played under USSSA National By-Laws and Rules. All information pertaining to bats can be found in the National Rule Book.

When will schedules be released?

Both practice schedules and game schedules will be released the week before the event. There are NO requests taken for practice times or game times. Once schedules have been released there are no protest allowed on roster composition other than age eligibility of a player.

What facility will host the event?

There are a number of facilities that will be used for the event. The following venues have been confirmed. If there are additional facilities needed they will be added to the event. Ages and divisions will be assigned to facilities after the registration process has ended. All teams are guaranteed to play at least two days at Youngsville Sports Complex, St. Julien Park in Broussard or Tony Robichaux Sports Complex in Crowley, LA.

All facilities listed are turf. There are no metal cleats allowed at any facility, please plan accordingly.

What are the facility policies that I should be aware of?

No outside food and drink are allowed at any facilities.
Players may bring in an individual water jug.
A small cooler with “Florida” water and rags are allowed at all facilities.
NO metal cleats are allowed at any facilities, this includes the players who are playing in the outfield.
NO chewing gum, sunflower seeds, candy, or any shelled products are allowed at any of the facilities.
