Event Itinerary

Tentative Event Itinerary

July 29th - Manager Check
  • Location: TBA
  • Time: TBA
  • During the check in process important information will be covered including playing rules, pitching rules, rotation rules, code of conduct, etc.
  • Team manager will receive all gear for his team. Player’s do not have to attend this check in and will report to their field for the scheduled practice time.
July 29th - Team Practices
  • All teams will be assigned a time slot for team practice. Please note that we cannot take requests for the time slots and teams will be assigned times at random.
  • Time – 10:00AM to 9:30PM
July 30th - Skills Competitions
  • Location – TBA
  • Time – 8:00AM until 12:30PM.
    • There is a hard stop of 12:30PM so that players can attend the Opening Day Celebration and Opening Ceremonies!
  • All players attending the event will have the chance to participate in three skills competitions!
  • Home Run Derby, Golden Arm, Fastest Athlete
  • Cost of each skill is $25. Players can register for all three events or just one!

July 30th - Opening Day Celebration and Opening Ceremonies
  • Location – TBA
  • 3:00PM to 5:30PM – players begin to arrive at TBA
    • Playing card trading
    • Vendors on site
    • Other activities coming soon!
  • 5:30PM – Venue doors open
  • 6:00PM – National Anthem and Opening Remarks
  • 6:20PM to 6:30PM – teams line up for Parade of Teams (more information coming soon) and skills competitions winners/tie breakers announced!
  • 6:30PM until Finished – Parade of Teams!
July 31st - Pool Play Begins
  • Teams will play two pool games
    • If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team will play four (4) pool play games. Only the teams best 3 games will be counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
    • Team who receives four (4) pool games is randomly selected.
August 1st - Pool Play Concludes
  • Teams will play one pool play game.
    • If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team will play four (4) pool play games. Only the teams best 3 games will be counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
      • Team who receives four (4) pool games is randomly selected.
August 2nd - Bracket Play Begins
  • Bracket Play Begins
    • Teams are seeded into bracket based on pool play results
August 3rd - Bracket Play Concludes
  • Bracket play concludes and Championship Games are played.
    • Championship games will be scheduled as early as possible on this day.
