Tentative Event Itinerary
July 28th - Early Bird Check In

- All Players must wear FULL uniform at check-ins.
July 29th - Player Check In
- Location: TBA
- Time: 9:00AM until 3:00PM
- All Players must wear FULL uniform at check-ins. Players will receive all swag items at this time.
July 29th - Manager Check In
- Location: TBA
- Time: 9:00AM until 3:00PM
- Team Mangers ONLY will check in for their coaching staff. At this time the manager will receive all items for their coaching staff.
July 29th - Team Practice/Scrimmages
- All teams will be assigned a time slot for team practice/scrimmages. Two teams will be assigned per field and coaches will have full control over a practice plan/scrimmage. Please note that we cannot take requests for the time slots and teams will be assigned times at random.
- Practice length will be 1 hour and 40 minutes
- Time – 8:00AM to 4:00PM
July 29th - Opening Ceremonies
- Location – TBA
- Time – 5:00PM until Finished
- Playing card trading
- Vendors on site
- Event Merchandise
- Food trucks
- 5:00PM – players arrive onsite
- 6:00PM – players begin lining up for parade of states
- Players will gather based on the state they are representing and will parade together.
- 6:30PM – Parade of States begins
July 30th - Pool Play Begins
- Teams will play two pool games
- If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team will play four (4) pool play games. Only the teams best 3 games will be counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.
- Team who receives four (4) pool games is randomly selected.
July 31st - Pool Play Concludes
- Teams will play one pool play game.
- If there is an odd number of teams in a division one team will play four (4) pool play games. Only the teams best 3 games will be counted toward seeding for bracket play. Pitching for all games will be counted.

July 31st - Skills Competitions
- Location – TBA
- Time – after the completion of pool play onsite staff will set fields up for skills competitions.
- Field assignments and times will be posted by June 1st, 2026.
- All players attending the event will have the chance to participate in three skills competitions!
- Home Run Derby, Golden Arm, Fastest Athlete
- Cost of each skill is $25. Players can register for all three events or just one!

August 1st - Bracket Play Begins
- Bracket Play Begins
- Teams are seeded into bracket based on pool play results
August 2nd - Bracket Play Concludes
- Bracket play concludes and Championship Games are played.
- Championship games will be scheduled as early as possible on this day.
- Last game will be scheduled to start at 2:00PM.
